Job Requirements
- 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership experience
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand/walk 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to bend, twist, squat and reach
- able to work in cold and wet conditions
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment like box cutters and electric pallet jacks
- TIPS course completion required where applicable and minimum age of 18 for alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management
- food safety certification or commitment to complete within 6 months
- excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills
- capable of teaching others in a positive manner

Job Duties
- Hold ATL,s supervisors, and team members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service
- define and develop clear expectations to achieve the highest standards of retail execution
- effectively delegate to and empower ATL,s and team members
- monitor and achieve sales, margin, expense, and labor targets
- maintain proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control
- ensure products are cross-merchandised according to regional and global guidelines
- ensure adherence to category management schedule and planograms
- ensure nutritional aspects are displayed correctly
- establish and maintain collaborative relationships with departmental and store leadership
- maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with regulatory rules and standards
- set and achieve the highest standards of retail execution
- foster a positive environment of teamwork, mutual respect, and morale
- maintain awareness of customer needs and direct team members accordingly
- select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members
- communicate and maintain team member safety and security standards
