Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year experience using a cash register
  • One year customer service experience
  • Preferred previous experience with espresso machines
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multitask and work under stress

Job Duties

  • Operate cash register and POS system to accurately record cash and credit transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to guests, patients, and staff
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages and food items following branded recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards including HACCP logs and equipment sanitation
  • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed
  • Report daily inventory and any equipment issues to management promptly
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently to ensure high-quality service
