Job Requirements

Equivalent to a high school education
Minimum 2 years of table service experience in a fine dining setting preferred
Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
Must understand and speak the English language
Must be able to carry food trays of varying sizes with 30 pounds or more on one tray

Job Duties

Performs duties to take guest food and beverage orders
serves food to guests
totals dining charges
Responds to special requests for dining amenities
Provides a high level of customer service and promotes a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members
Maintains a professional appearance at all times
Complies with all policies and procedures of company and department
Develops complete product knowledge including menu items and beverages
Takes and delivers food and beverage orders
Follows and maintains all service standards
Rings items into POS system
accepts payment
reconciles payments
Makes specific suggestions to increase guest check average
Follows all safety procedures and maintains work area
Develops and maintains knowledge of Hollywood movie memorabilia and describes restaurant displays
Other duties as assigned
