Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age or older
- ability to access all areas of the building
- interpret instructions, reports and information
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- capable of climbing ladders
- ability to scan, handle and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- capable of working in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of the scheduled shift
Job Qualifications

- previous retail experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
- model, train and coach team member expectations to deliver on the guest service model culture
- demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches
- plan daily and weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals
- lead and demonstrate a culture of executing best practices through onboarding and coaching
- develop, coach, and lead a team of knowledgeable and passionate consultants
- assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns
- encourage team to use available tools to welcome and influence guests with personalized recommendations
- partner with third party vendors to ensure brand standards and merchandising are met
- support execution of changes and updates to merchandise sets and visual presentations
- create inspiring visual moments with organized and signed product merchandised to support seasonal trends
- lead backroom processes and sales floor replenishment
- participate in team hiring and onboarding
- maintain fitting rooms if applicable to assigned areas
- establish clear goals and hold team accountable
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance culture
- lead and model a safety culture
- support merchandise protection strategies
- serve as a key carrier following safe and security procedures
- address store emergency and compliance needs
- support guest services including cashier backup and order pick up
- model guest engagement by greeting and assisting guests
- thank guests and create a welcoming store environment
- perform other business needs as assigned
