Job Duties

  • monitors all aspects of team performance including customer experience work product quality efficiency and compliance
  • creates and implements plans to improve team performance and develop individual skills
  • ensures team members meet individual and team performance goals
  • communicates individual performance to team members and reports team performance to management
  • responds to customer inquiries as requested
  • partners with other leaders to develop and execute process improvements
  • maintains knowledge of procedures contractual provisions and regulatory requirements
