Job Duties
- monitors all aspects of team performance including customer experience work product quality efficiency and compliance
- creates and implements plans to improve team performance and develop individual skills
- ensures team members meet individual and team performance goals
- communicates individual performance to team members and reports team performance to management
- responds to customer inquiries as requested
- partners with other leaders to develop and execute process improvements
- maintains knowledge of procedures contractual provisions and regulatory requirements
