Job Requirements
- Maintains excellent relations with co-workers
- Communicates both verbally and written in English
- Ability to focus and maintain attention and complete tasks under frequent stressful interruptions
- Interacts courteously and professionally with all guests and staff
- Responds quickly to guest or staff requests
- Performs a variety of duties changing tasks efficiently
- Must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility for periods up to 4 hours
- Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel
- Ability to be self directed and make decisions
- Must be at least 19 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
Job Qualifications
- Equivalent to a high school education
- Knowledge of services and dining procedures preferred
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Ability to maintain focus and handle stressful or emergency situations
- Good sense of balance and physical stamina to stand and move quickly for up to 4 hours
- Ability to be self-directed and make decisions
Job Duties
- Greets guests and answer questions regarding food items that have been served
- Ensures all courses are served promptly including plated, buffet style or family style events
- Always maintains a professional appearance, clean and well-groomed as per standards
- Assists with breakdown of food expo line
- Follows all policy and procedures according to company and department
- Maintains all work areas cleanliness and safety throughout shift, responsible for closing duties according to department standards
- Maintains the highest standards of professionalism to guests and co-workers
