Job Duties
- master the fundamentals: daily prep, recipe scaling, portioning proteins, and proper labeling/rotation
- run and maintain entry-level stations such as garde manger, fry, or pantry
- cook and finish menu items to spec, ensuring textures, sauces, and plating are perfect every time
- support higher-level cooks by prepping sauces, dressings, and accompaniments
- maintain sanitation and organization of your station while keeping up with the pace of a busy casino restaurant
- work side-by-side with seasoned chefs, learning Italian-inspired techniques like fresh pasta and classic sauces
