Job Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year relevant culinary or food preparation experience
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Compliance with safety and security policies
- Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Pull food from freezer to thaw in refrigerator
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or judgment
- Prepare and cook food following recipes, quality, and presentation standards
- Monitor food quality and test for doneness
- Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnish
- Serve food in correct portions and receptacles
- Use kitchen tools safely and appropriately
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Check and ensure proper temperature of appliances and food
- Notify manager if products do not meet specifications
- Communicate assistance needs during busy periods
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards
- Speak clearly and professionally
- Support team to reach common goals
- Listen and respond to employee concerns
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
