- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- some experience in sanitation is preferred
- must be able to understand and speak the English language

Job Duties
- Performs duties to clear and set-up dining room
- assists wait staff in serving food and beverages
- responds to guest requests for settings, water, condiments, or other dining amenities
- sets up, arranges, or takes down dining tables, private dining room, and/or wait stations
- prepares water pitchers and bread stations
- stocks linens and dinnerware
- cleans and polishes various pieces of tableware and folds napkins
- assists wait staff in serving guests, carries food trays, and refills water glasses, coffee, and tea
- cleans, mops, and sweeps storeroom, various kitchen areas, and vents as assigned
- removes trash
- assists with kitchen work and general clean up as directed
- follows safety rules and keeps work area clean and orderly
- other duties as assigned
