Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- general education degree (GED) or high school diploma
- six months to one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- strong interpersonal skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- must be able to count money and change correctly
- must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
- must be familiar with cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- ability to work in small areas in a fast paced and often crowded environment
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
- must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Providing an upscale guest experience by making and serving craft cocktails and drinks
- monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening as needed according to guidelines
- resolving service problems according to established guidelines and escalating issues to Food & Beverage leadership
- providing fast, friendly, professional beverage service to guests
- remaining knowledgeable on all products in outlet, casino events, amenities, and promotions
- suggesting and upselling products to increase sales and guest loyalty
- preparing and pouring drink orders with proper portions and ingredients
- adding garnishes according to guidelines and standards
- preparing garnishes including slicing, pitting, washing, storing, and stocking
- operating and maintaining equipment and utensils following safety procedures
- operating a Point of Sales system, handling cash and complimentary sales according to procedure
- maintaining a clean and stocked workstation in compliance with health and safety guidelines
- supporting and demonstrating superior customer service
- ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting issues
- maintaining strict confidentiality
