Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- General education degree (GED) or High School Diploma
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to count money and change correctly
- Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends, as needed
- Must be familiar with cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- Ability to work in small areas in a fast-paced and often crowded environment
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide an upscale guest experience by making and serving craft cocktails and drinks
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- Resolve service problems according to established guidelines and escalate issues to Food and Beverage leadership
- Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to guests
- Remain knowledgeable on all products in outlet as well as casino events, amenities, and promotions
- Suggest and upsell products to increase sales and guest loyalty
- Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe and guidelines
- Add garnishes as required
- Prepare garnishes including slicing, pitting, washing, storing, and stocking
- Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils following safety procedures
- Operate Point of Sales System, handle cash, charge, and complimentary sales accurately
- Maintain a clean and stocked workstation in adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Support and demonstrate superior customer service according to company standards
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility
- Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
