Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to count money and change correctly
- Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must be familiar with cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- Ability to work in small areas in a fast paced and often crowded environment
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide an upscale guest experience by making and serving craft cocktails and drinks
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- Resolve service problems according to established guidelines and escalate issues to Food & Beverage leadership
- Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to guests
- Remain knowledgeable on all products in outlet, including casino events, amenities, and promotions
- Suggest and upsell products to increase sales and guest loyalty
- Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipes and guidelines
- Add garnishes according to established standards
- Prepare garnishes including slicing, pitting, washing, storing, and stocking
- Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils safely according to guidelines
- Operate Point of Sales system, ring proper amount, give correct change, and maintain financial integrity
- Maintain a clean and stocked workstation according to health and safety guidelines
- Actively promote and demonstrate superior customer service
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and report potential issues to management
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
