- Ability to lift to 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop
- Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple parts
- Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Manufacturing experience preferred

- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of tape measure use
- Ability to operate saws, hinge machines, strike routers, and DTI hinge applicators
- Good physical dexterity and ability to work at a fast pace
Job Duties
- Read tickets and or labels to properly pull the required components necessary for building door(s) correctly
- Pull materials to run through machines
- Machine and apply weather strip
- Activate machine cycle to machine the jamb
- Remove the jamb from the machine and start the weather-stripping process
- Stock finished product
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
