Job Requirements
- Previous experience in travel preferably business travel
- Passion for excellence in client service
- Native GDS expertise especially Sabre
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity and protect traveler information
- Strong understanding of the travel industry
- Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in travel preferably business travel
- Understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel
- Native GDS expertise with Sabre
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity and protect personal traveler information
- Strong understanding of the travel industry including business, leisure travel or airline reservation
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
Job Duties
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers both individuals and groups
- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel including air, road, rail, and accommodations
- Use Global Distribution Systems such as Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and Galileo
- Communicate effectively with customers over telephone, messaging, email, and back-office systems
- Act as a trusted advisor providing travel expertise and recommending additional services while adhering to travel policies
- Work individually and collaboratively to meet business and account-specific goals including customer satisfaction and service metrics
