Job Requirements

  • undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience or training
  • at least 3 years of experience in employee events planning or corporate meetings
  • ability to travel and work extended hours including weekends
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent communication and project management skills
  • ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • capability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience or training
  • minimum of 3 years experience in employee events planning, corporate meetings, or strategic event planning
  • excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with event management and logistics
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • exceptional project management abilities
  • ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • polished professional presence and discretion

Job Duties

  • manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines effectively
  • take ownership of tasks or projects offering creative solutions and proactive communication
  • lead small to medium size in-person company events including strategic design, branding, AV, F&B, accommodations, and transportation
  • oversee registration platforms, invitation management, and confirmation processes
  • manage vendor relations including contract negotiations, security, and budgeting
  • purchase necessary supplies
  • design quarterly campus engagement opportunities to enhance company culture
  • partner with stakeholders to achieve program success and act as key decision-maker
  • handle unexpected issues calmly and professionally
  • interface with all airline departments including senior leadership
  • provide onsite management of meetings, events, and engagement activities
  • support and lead enterprise and recognition events
  • supervise volunteers, onsite staff, and vendors to ensure successful event execution
