- undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience or training
- at least 3 years of experience in employee events planning or corporate meetings
- ability to travel and work extended hours including weekends
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- excellent communication and project management skills

Job Qualifications
- undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience or training
- minimum of 3 years experience in employee events planning, corporate meetings, or strategic event planning
- excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with event management and logistics
- proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- exceptional project management abilities
- ability to work collaboratively and independently
- capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties
- manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines effectively
- take ownership of tasks or projects offering creative solutions and proactive communication
- lead small to medium size in-person company events including strategic design, branding, AV, F&B, accommodations, and transportation
- oversee registration platforms, invitation management, and confirmation processes
- manage vendor relations including contract negotiations, security, and budgeting
- purchase necessary supplies
- design quarterly campus engagement opportunities to enhance company culture
- partner with stakeholders to achieve program success and act as key decision-maker
- handle unexpected issues calmly and professionally
- interface with all airline departments including senior leadership
- provide onsite management of meetings, events, and engagement activities
- support and lead enterprise and recognition events
- supervise volunteers, onsite staff, and vendors to ensure successful event execution
