Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in intermodal or transportation logistics
- Proficient in communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail oriented and customer focused
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Not residing in Colorado, Washington, Nevada, New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island, or California due to pay transparency laws
Job Qualifications
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Experience in intermodal logistics or freight operations preferred
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Job Duties
- Execute daily operations for assigned intermodal accounts
- Track all customer shipments and monitor assigned load board
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and updating clients
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Develop strong relationships with customers, drayage, and rail partners
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Identify and resolve freight movement issues and manage incidents and accessorials
- Actively support team goals and assist teammates when needed
