Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
- 2+ years of experience managing external vendors, agencies, or direct reports
- Reside within a 30-minute drive from Nashville, TN office
- Ability to travel 80-90% including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of timeshare industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong networking and collaboration skills
Job Qualifications

- Understanding of timeshare industry, products, and clubs

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate wide range of events aligned with company objectives
- Manage event logistics including venue, entertainment, dining, transportation, and vendors
- Ensure events remain within budgets while delivering exceptional experiences
- Act as liaison between internal teams, site leaders, guests, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase onsite owner tour participation
- Host assigned events within market and occasionally assist in other markets
- Travel extensively including nights and weekends to support face-to-face interactions
