Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing external vendors or agencies
- Residency within 30 minutes of Las Vegas office
- Ability to travel 80% to 90%, including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events aligned with company objectives
- Manage all event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment booking, dining arrangements, and transportation
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with site sales and marketing leaders
- Host assigned events and engage directly with owners, resort, and venue personnel
- Communicate with site-level sales, marketing, and operations leaders to ensure event objectives are met
- Submit event details, proformas, and contracts to senior leadership for approval
- Travel extensively to support events including nights and weekends
