Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
  • 2+ years of experience managing external vendors, agencies, or direct reports
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Adobe Professional
  • Ability to travel extensively including nights and weekends
  • Reside within 30-minute drive of Nashville, TN office
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Understanding of timeshare industry, products, and clubs
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Host all event types across Travel + Leisure Co. brands, both onsite and offsite, engaging directly with owners, resort and venue personnel, and marketing and sales leaders
  • Research event logistics and determine overall event concepts that remain inside monetary budgets and will lead to sales success
  • Build strategic relationships with site sales and marketing leaders to enhance event quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiencies
  • Plan and manage multiple events at various stages simultaneously
  • Communicate with site-level sales and marketing, business operations, and resort operations leaders to ensure events are executed on schedule and objectives are achieved
  • Submit event details, proformas, and contracts to senior leadership for cost approvals
