Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Five or more years experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
  • Two or more years managing external vendors, agencies, or direct reports
  • Ability to travel extensively including nights and weekends
  • Ability to host and manage multiple events in various stages
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional
  • Must reside within 30 minutes of Pigeon Forge, TN office
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with business partners at all levels

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
  • Two or more years managing external vendors, agencies, or direct reports
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong networking and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of timeshare industry and travel ownership a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Host all event types across Travel + Leisure Co. brands onsite and offsite, engaging with owners and stakeholders
  • Research event logistics and develop event concepts within budget to maximize sales impact
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with sales and marketing leaders to enhance event quality and operational efficiency
  • Plan and manage multiple events concurrently at various stages
  • Coordinate communications with site-level sales, marketing, operations leaders to ensure timely and successful event execution
  • Submit event details, proformas, and contracts for senior leadership cost approval
  • Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to drive event engagement and owner tour participation
