Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customs brokerage or logistics
  • Familiarity with US Customs regulations and compliance protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • File timely entries for customs release of freight
  • Ensure all clearances comply with US Customs regulations and other agencies
  • Maintain accurate filing of entries to prevent unnecessary corrections
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with importers about shipment status and clearance
  • Monitor import shipments and provide visibility to importers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customs authorities for problem resolution
  • Update records and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
