Job Duties
- File timely entries for customs release of freight
- Ensure all clearances comply with US Customs regulations and other agencies
- Maintain accurate filing of entries to prevent unnecessary corrections
- Communicate consistently and clearly with importers about shipment status and clearance
- Monitor import shipments and provide visibility to importers
- Collaborate with internal teams and customs authorities for problem resolution
- Update records and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
