Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work part-time up to 19 hours per week
- Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Commitment to sustainability and recycling values

- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of digital systems and point-of-sale software

- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers
- Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences

- Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee
- Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software
- Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset
