Job Requirements
- Four year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current, valid state driver’s license
- Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company
- Ability to meet Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License requirements as required by the state
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds

- Continual and current certificates and CEU relating to management training is a bonus
- Previous experience in the wine and spirits industry is a bonus
- WSET certifications are a bonus
Job Duties
- Leverage product knowledge and local market intelligence
- Build key relationships with top accounts within respective channel
- Survey market area to detect business trends and opportunities for new or existing products
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and plan sales activities by forecasting conditions and defining objectives
- Influence sales rep performance by measuring and reporting results and evaluating performance
- Provide leadership by developing personnel, communicating with and motivating staff
- Work nights and weekends on promotional activities and other account duties
- Conduct training sessions and monitor adherence to brand standards
- Plan and participate in general market sales meetings
- Prepare and maintain required paperwork, reports, and records
