  • Proven experience developing professional content for organizations associations or member-based communities
  • Strong project management background with the ability to manage multiple deadlines stakeholders and deliverables simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint

  • Background in managing education sessions and speakers for events or conferences

  • Experience developing surveys and analyzing data insights
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Experience producing educational resources or professional development materials
  • Experience writing and editing professional blog or publication content

Job Duties

  • Lead logistics for ISPA conference educational sessions including managing speaker contracts payments and travel coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all speakers ensuring a seamless and professional experience from onboarding through on-site execution
  • Support marketing efforts by providing accurate and engaging content for ISPA's conference promotions and Pulse magazine
  • Maintain accurate and current speaker and session information on attendispa.com
  • Coordinate the ISPA Foundation Auction setup in Handbid and oversee solicitation efforts in collaboration with staff
  • Manage ISPA's virtual educational events including Town Halls by coordinating logistics speaker materials scripts and registration tracking
  • Develop talking points for Town Hall moderators to ensure dynamic and well-structured discussions
