Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- possess and maintain a valid California driver's license
- ability to perform physically demanding labor including standing and maneuvering for extended periods
- willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather
- experience handling solvents, glues, adhesives, cleaning solutions, and chemicals safely
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- climb ladders and stairs while carrying heavy objects
- follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- operate hand, electric, and other tools and equipment safely
- exposure to sharp blades and tools acceptable
- complete duties within the temporary employment limits of 135 days or 960 hours per fiscal year
Job Qualifications
- valid California driver's license
- effective customer service skills
- knowledge of English language structure, spelling, grammar, and report writing
- principles and practices of effective communication
- arithmetic proficiency

Job Duties
- assist with external rental and miscellaneous events
- greet and serve as official liaison for visiting teams, officials, emergency personnel, media, and community groups
- assist with event set-up, including unlocking and securing facilities
- enforce compliance with facility use permit, rules, and regulations
- file documents and prepare reports
- operate carts and manage concessions
- oversee parking and storage of material goods
- perform ushering duties
- assist football chain gang crew
- act as announcer and operate scoreboard
- perform additional organizational duties as assigned
