Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • prior experience in event coordination or related field
  • proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • capacity to manage multiple deadlines
  • legal knowledge or experience with contest promotion rules preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud especially Premiere Pro
  • knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator a plus
  • strong communication and collaboration skills
  • ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • experience in event coordination or community engagement
  • writing skills for press releases and promotional content
  • familiarity with social media content editing

Job Duties

  • Meet with community partners and stations to review events
  • develop plans to execute events and initiatives in the region
  • collaborate and assist with the creation of internal and external communications
  • assist in the planning and standardization of high school sports production in the region and across ACCET
  • work with legal to develop rules for local station and Sinclair contest promotions
  • enter project requests into Adobe Workfront for community events, promos, PSAs, contests, etc. to be developed
  • provide elements for content creation
