Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- prior experience in event coordination or related field
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- capacity to manage multiple deadlines
- legal knowledge or experience with contest promotion rules preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud especially Premiere Pro
- knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator a plus
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- experience in event coordination or community engagement
- writing skills for press releases and promotional content
- familiarity with social media content editing
Job Duties
- Meet with community partners and stations to review events
- develop plans to execute events and initiatives in the region
- collaborate and assist with the creation of internal and external communications
- assist in the planning and standardization of high school sports production in the region and across ACCET
- work with legal to develop rules for local station and Sinclair contest promotions
- enter project requests into Adobe Workfront for community events, promos, PSAs, contests, etc. to be developed
- provide elements for content creation
