Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or high school diploma or GED equivalent with 3-4 years of related working experience in supply chain operations, specifically with replenishment and/or purchasing
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field
- 1-3 years of related experience in supply chain operations, specifically replenishment and/or purchasing
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SAP
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
Job Duties
- Coordinate the order processing of customer transactions through dedicated e-mail box
- Validate and reconcile customer purchase orders received to the sales orders entered into SAP
- Research discrepancies and communicate to customer any changes required
- Complete order entry, purchase order follow-up, and project status reports and communicate with customers on any backorders or shorts
- Track and report the status of open purchase orders on a weekly basis
- Complete customer shipment consolidation report
- Coordinate and schedule shipping tasks in GroupWise
- Process all non-sales order activities, returns, miss-picks, damages, and shortages
- Proactively resolve and reconcile any billing related issues
- Validate sales orders to purchase orders received in TMC portal
- Release orders to warehouses and update shipments
- Communicate late or no pickups to TMC
- Submit bills of lading to appropriate warehouses
- Update outbound pallet spreadsheets
- Keep manager informed of issues within assigned area of responsibility
- Perform other duties as assigned
