Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- must submit to a pre employment drug screen
- commercial vehicle drivers must be able to read and speak english sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
- possess a class c or standard operator driver license
- ability to lift, push, or move products weighing on average 40 to 60 pounds and up to 100 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 21 plus years of age
- ability to read and speak english sufficiently to communicate with the public and understand traffic signs
- possess a class c or standard operator driver license
- have a positive and friendly attitude conducive to customer interaction
- experience in commercial vehicle operation is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- operate a class c truck to deliver various food products to customer locations
- manually unload and deliver products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and supplies
- follow assigned route schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their operations and needs
- adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during deliveries
- occasionally operate tractor-trailers if holding a class a or b license and meeting dot requirements
- maintain accurate delivery records and reports
