Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Valid Class C/Standard Operator Driver License
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs and communicate effectively
- Physical ability to lift, push or move items weighing 40-60 pounds or as much as 100 pounds
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand highway traffic signs and signals
- Possess a valid Class C/Standard Operator Driver License
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 100 pounds
- Previous experience in delivery driving or similar roles preferred
Job Duties
- Safely operate a Class C delivery truck according to route schedules
- Manually unload and deliver various food products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods and supplies to customer locations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing friendly and professional service
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Occasionally operate a tractor-trailer if holding a Class A or B license and meeting DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary delivery reports
- Assist with loading and securing cargo to prevent damage during transit
