Job Requirements
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Must sign the Statement of Faith
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
- Charis Bible College graduate and/or AWM/Charis employee preferred currently enrolled students are not eligible
- Typing speed of 60+ wpm with 90% accuracy is required
- Must pass all required checks

- Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments with strong attention to detail
- Calm and composed under pressure with proactive problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Special Guest Relations team ensuring excellence professionalism and consistency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all VIPs special guests and guest instructors
- Coordinate travel arrangements lodging ground transportation and parking for all guests
- Communicate logistical details prior to each visit clearly and professionally
- Personally greet orient and escort guests at conferences events and class sessions
- Manage product sales inventory receipt and return on behalf of guests
- Liaise with personal assistants or support staff to ensure all guest needs are met
