Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in event operations or maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Physical ability to perform frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions

Job Duties
- Lead, schedule, and supervise the team to meet event cleaning and setup requirements
- Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation based on event needs
- Oversee inventory management of supplies, equipment, and PPE
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce safe work practices
- Audit staff work for compliance with quality standards and address performance issues
- Develop relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Collaborate with management on service improvement initiatives and staff development
