Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in event operations or maintenance
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Physical ability to perform frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions

Job Duties

  • Lead, schedule, and supervise the team to meet event cleaning and setup requirements
  • Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation based on event needs
  • Oversee inventory management of supplies, equipment, and PPE
  • Conduct safety inspections and enforce safe work practices
  • Audit staff work for compliance with quality standards and address performance issues
  • Develop relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Collaborate with management on service improvement initiatives and staff development
