Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of commercial driving experience
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class CDL A or B with endorsement or Class C, D, or E depending on state)
  • Ability to pass DOT physical examination
  • Ability to operate various types of trucks safely
  • Willingness to travel regionally and to support other regions when needed
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40lbs and walking for extended periods
  • Strong adherence to safety protocols
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspection and report deficiencies to management immediately
  • Conduct daily inspection of all tools assigned to the truck to ensure safety and proper working condition
  • Check loads to ensure that truck has all material and tools needed to complete service tickets
  • Operate service trucks to and from pre-designated work sites based on assignment information
  • Maintain a clean and fully stocked truck
  • Operate flatbed trucks to deliver or pick up portable restroom units, hand sinks, holding tanks, or containers
  • Update system and tickets with relevant delivery or pick-up detail
  • Operate fence trucks to deliver or pick up fence materials and act as point of contact on fence jobs
  • Operate tanker/transfer truck to and from local dump and complete required paperwork
  • Service portable restrooms, holding tanks, septic tanks, sinks, and showers following servicing guidelines
  • Notify management of any issues encountered on route
  • Load and install fence panels at work sites per specifications
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic on-site repairs and maintenance
  • Perform pick-up and delivery of USS units timely according to customer needs
  • Plan customer needs for pickup and delivery to satisfy current and future demands
  • Work with dispatch to stay updated on service schedule changes and adapt as needed
  • Perform all duties safely according to USS and DOT standards
  • Interact with customers on-site to ensure service satisfaction
  • Provide customer feedback to Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator
  • Confirm work orders with site superintendent or designated representative
  • Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor
  • Keep truck log according to state and federal regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
