Job Requirements

bachelor's degree
5+ years of relevant experience in entertainment and hospitality
strong communication skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering software
ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
experience with Momentus Elite and Prismm preferred
capacity to work on-site
excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience generating profitable relationships in entertainment and hospitality, working knowledge of local and regional markets and special event operations, strong interpersonal skills, skilled at Microsoft Suite and catering software, experience with Momentus Elite and Prismm preferred, ability to delegate and relate positively to staff and clients

Job Duties

proactively pitch and book private special events in market segments as assigned by the director, meet and exceed individual sales goals, consistently fulfill sales call and networking quotas while maintaining client detail tracking, create event recruitment strategies to increase content and programming, work with in-house departments to ensure consistency and financial optimization on events, review industry trends and recommend new business opportunities, handle initial phone and electronic inquiries promptly
