Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of special event experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Understanding of operational aspects of the business (training provided)
  • Willingness to assist with servicing portable toilets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Utilize company systems to track, document, and follow up on all event-related activities
  • Coordinate logistics and marketing for trade shows, customer appreciation events, and public relations initiatives
  • Conduct client tours, generate sales leads, create proposals, draft contracts, and present event budgets
  • Upsell services and amenities to maximize event revenue
  • Pursue new business opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
  • Manage customer quotes and orders, resolve issues, and maintain professional communication
  • Gather and organize data from upcoming events to support strategic planning
