Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to obtain or renew all government required licenses or certifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to interact well with customers, management, and team members
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, balance, kneel, lift, and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use computer systems for event management and tournament scoring
Job Qualifications
- Casino/Hotel experience is a plus
- Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Must possess interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts and employees at all levels of the company
- Must possess a strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, customers, and general public
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and to create and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions through decisive judgment
- Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Champion of customer service and building positive team spirit
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, giving directions, signing up new Infinity Rewards members, supporting marketing initiatives and solicit interest and sign-ups for casino events
- Help with loading and opening boxes, making sure they are in good condition and proper amount is issued
- Check ID and player's cards
- Observe gaming activity and relay security concerns to appropriate personnel
- Using a computer, perform event management, as well as score tournaments
- Help set-up and run all Casino events and special promotions within department
- Relay accurate information to guests regarding hours of operation, Hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc
- Move throughout the casino floor at a speed sufficient to satisfy customer needs
- Work varying schedules that reflect the business needs of the property
