Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to obtain and renew all required licenses or certifications
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, move through casino floor, bend, stoop, squat, balance, kneel, lift and push/pull up to 25 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use a computer for event management and scoring
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment and maintain stamina and proper mental attitude under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in casino or hotel environment is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Casino/hotel experience is a plus
  • Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Must possess interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts and employees at all levels of the company
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, customers, and general public
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and to create and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions through decisive judgment
  • Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, giving directions, signing up new Infinity Rewards members, supporting marketing initiatives and solicit interest and sign-ups for casino events
  • Help with loading and opening boxes, making sure they are in good condition and proper amount is issued
  • Check ID and player’s cards
  • Observe gaming activity and relay security concerns to appropriate personnel
  • Using a computer, perform event management, as well as score tournaments
  • Help set-up and run all Casino events and special promotions within department
  • Relay accurate information to guests regarding hours of operation, hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc
  • Move throughout the casino floor at a speed sufficient to satisfy customer needs
  • Work varying schedules that reflect the business needs of the property
