Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
- Must have a high school diploma GED or equivalent
- Available to work a flexible on-call schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Excel and Word
- Able to interact well with guests and event attendees with an outgoing personable approach

- Organized and dependable
- Experience in event support or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Assist with event setup including organizing supplies loyalty gift distribution slot tournaments and execution of special events
- Provide outstanding guest service by sharing information about the casino events and local area
- Manage administrative tasks such as supply inventory maintaining office equipment and preparing event materials
- Organize assemble and distribute event materials including promotional gifts credentials and décor
