Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
  • Must have a high school diploma GED or equivalent
  • Available to work a flexible on-call schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Excel and Word
  • Able to interact well with guests and event attendees with an outgoing personable approach

  • Able to provide exceptional guest service with a personable approach
  • Organized and dependable
  • Experience in event support or hospitality preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Assist with event setup including organizing supplies loyalty gift distribution slot tournaments and execution of special events
  • Provide outstanding guest service by sharing information about the casino events and local area
  • Manage administrative tasks such as supply inventory maintaining office equipment and preparing event materials
  • Organize assemble and distribute event materials including promotional gifts credentials and décor
