Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be available to work a schedule that varies from month to month and may include shift times during the day afternoon night weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain proper licensure through the New York State Gaming Commission

  • Flexible availability including day afternoon night shifts weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist with event setup including organizing supplies loyalty gift distribution slot tournaments and execution of special events
  • Provide outstanding guest service by sharing information about the casino events and local area
  • Manage administrative tasks such as supply inventory maintaining office equipment and preparing event materials
  • Organize assemble and distribute event materials including promotional gifts credentials and decor
