Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- minimum five years of event management experience within relevant venues
- experience with event management software preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- experience with group travel logistics preferred
- knowledge of facility use contracts
- budget preparation and oversight experience
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong written and verbal communication
- knowledge of event industry preferred
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- occasional overnight travel
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in event planning or production
- minimum five years of event planning and management experience in stadiums, arenas, hotels, convention centers, or public assembly venues
- experience with event management or production software preferred
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- experience coordinating group travel logistics preferred
- working knowledge of facility use contracts
- experience with budget preparation and financial oversight
- problem-solving and analytical skills
- highly organized with multitasking ability
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- knowledge of event industry and local/regional market preferred
- ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, creativity, and independent decision-making
- flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to travel overnight occasionally
Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end production planning for events
- coordinate production details including setup and vendor communication
- manage creative execution like signage and branding
- serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners
- coordinate group travel logistics
- gather and translate client needs
- provide proactive updates on operational risks
- review proposals, quotes, and budgets
- oversee approval processes for creative assets
- contribute to experience design
- ensure event design reinforces brand identity
- serve as primary production liaison between clients and service providers
- plan and coordinate event logistics
- develop and distribute event documentation
- secure internal and external resources
- manage communication across event lifecycle
- maintain client budget expectations
- update vendor and facilities database
- support continuous quality improvement initiatives
- ensure on-time project delivery
- conduct post-event evaluations and prepare recap reports
