Job Qualifications
- Outgoing and dynamic personality
- Experience performing in front of large audiences of over 100 people
- Experience working with children ages 4-12
- Some theater experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic science
- College degree or currently attending college
- Ability to engage and entertain children effectively
Job Duties
- Present Mad Science shows and parties to audiences ranging from 15 to 250 children
- Engage and entertain children ages 4-12 with dynamic science demonstrations
- Travel to various locations including schools, libraries, and camps to deliver programs
- Follow provided training and use company equipment to carry out presentations
- Communicate effectively with audiences and handle questions
- Ensure safety and efficiency during all programs
- Adapt performances to suit different group sizes and environments
