Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
- must be willing to work a full-time schedule, 40 hour workweek
- flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and promotions, collaborating with departments like PBX, Engineering, and Sign Shop as needed
- compose event-related communications, including guest letters, memos, and promotional materials
- research and manage relationships with vendors and entertainment to ensure event requirements are met
- create and seek approval for rules governing events and promotions from Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams
- recommend and prepare gifts for events, including presentations
- process vendor payments and create requisitions for approvals
- attend events to ensure all details are executed properly and serve as the primary contact for any issues
