Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in event planning and execution
- Financial management capability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Serve as open minded, solution driven and creative project manager through planning, execution and reconciliation stages of event planning
- Organize production meetings and schedules to coordinate and track progress on invitations, decor, audiovisual requirements, convention set-up, staffing, safety and gaming compliance, overall set-up and strike
- Act as liaison and account manager for management, staff, vendors, guests, departments and divisions on event-related matters and resolve related problems
- Provide on-site management of events ensuring timing, execution and challenge resolution meet MGM Resorts International’s standards
- Oversee on-call event staff to execute programs inside and outside of MGM properties
- Provide financial oversight and daily budget management of assigned events including expense projection and analysis
- Partner with event design functions to offer best-in-class event services and solutions
- Support strategic initiatives and explore innovative opportunities for new internal and external clients through event productions Center of Excellence
