Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of nonprofit event or fundraising experience
  • Experience managing a wide range of event sizes including large events with over 500 guests
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Comfort using CRM systems and online event or giving platforms
  • Strong relationship-building abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of nonprofit event or fundraising experience
  • Experience managing events ranging from intimate gatherings to 500+ guests
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs and online giving or event platforms such as Blackbaud, QGiv, and First Giving

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact fundraising and stewardship events that engage donors, sponsors, and volunteers
  • Manage auctions, in-kind solicitations, and sponsorship outreach
  • Collaborate with the Development Team on additional fundraising and stewardship initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and event attendees to cultivate long-term support
  • Ensure every event is mission-driven, memorable, and leaves a lasting impression
