Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of nonprofit event or fundraising experience
- Experience managing a wide range of event sizes including large events with over 500 guests
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Comfort using CRM systems and online event or giving platforms
- Strong relationship-building abilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of nonprofit event or fundraising experience
- Experience managing events ranging from intimate gatherings to 500+ guests
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRMs and online giving or event platforms such as Blackbaud, QGiv, and First Giving
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact fundraising and stewardship events that engage donors, sponsors, and volunteers
- Manage auctions, in-kind solicitations, and sponsorship outreach
- Collaborate with the Development Team on additional fundraising and stewardship initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and event attendees to cultivate long-term support
- Ensure every event is mission-driven, memorable, and leaves a lasting impression
