Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- At least 2 years of relevant event experience
- Experience with large and small-scale event execution preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Brand marketing experience preferred
- Experience working with vendors or external partners preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as open minded, solution driven and creative project manager through planning, execution and reconciliation stages of event planning
- Organize production meetings and schedules to coordinate and track progress on invitations, décor, audiovisual requirements, convention set-up, staffing, safety and gaming compliance, overall set-up and strike
- Serve as liaison and account manager for management team, staff, vendors, guests, departments and divisions on relevant matters
- Respond to inquiries, research and resolve problems related to event transactions
- Provide on-site management of event ensuring timing, execution and challenge resolution meet MGM Resorts' standards
- Oversee on-call event staff and ensure high levels of customer service
- Provide financial oversight and daily budget management of assigned events
- Serve as daily partner and communicator with event design functions to provide best in class event service offerings
- Support strategic initiatives and seek innovative opportunities for new clients through event productions CoE
