Job Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Have 3+ years of experience in a high volume events environment
- Restaurant or similar experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Catering/event software experience
- Able to work flexible, sometimes long hours
- Excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Manage all incoming leads via Open Table, telephone, email and other channels
- Assist with managing event software
- Close deals and assist guests from start to finish with all event planning needs
- Manage annual sales goals for selected restaurants by booking group events
- Seek out new sales opportunities and partnerships, initiating action plans and attending networking events to procure new business
- Build guest loyalty and book repeat business
- Communicate with the service team all event details
- Partner with General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure flawless event execution
- Book small to large events and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Work on-site to build a solid team atmosphere
