Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years relevant special events experience
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge preferred

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years special events experience preferably in a school or university setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Sheets, and Give Smart

- Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute special events and Development Office events in collaboration with Alumni Engagement director
- Serve as primary lead for all Development Office events including donor parties, auctions, and alumni gatherings
- Develop and maintain detailed event planning timelines and checklists including scheduling, budgeting, communications, and materials
- Support and provide counsel on school-wide events such as graduations, admission open houses, and Grandparents Day
- Coordinate with outside vendors for contracts, menus, and audio/visual equipment
- Ensure accurate event coding and attendee records in Raiser’s Edge and maintain event information on school website and calendars
- Track event attendees to monitor engagement and facilitate follow-up with appropriate staff
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments for event planning and execution
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by Chief Development Officer and Head of School
