Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least three years of related experience
- Valid Texas class C driver's license with an insurable record
- Pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and various locations
- Physical ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with office and event-related equipment

- Experience in event planning and project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and coordinate multiple projects
- Leadership experience supervising staff and volunteers

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate supplies, records, reports, budgets, schedules, farmers market, and special events at various program sites
- Provide expertise in planning and executing events, ensuring resource stewardship and event success
- Work directly with local schools, civic groups, participants, and the public
- Respond to public inquiries via telephone, correspondence, public appearances, and social media
- Manage registration, coordination, and promotion for classes, special events, farmers market, and seasonal programs
- Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and supervise part-time employees, student interns, and volunteers
- Market and promote programs and services through printed materials, press releases, public speaking, and social media
