Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Brainstorm, research, and propose innovative event concepts and strategic plans
  • Contribute to the development of the annual events calendar
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Image, Press, Exhibitions, and Store Opening Events
  • Oversee all logistical aspects including venue, decor, catering, entertainment, and transportation
  • Manage on-site event execution ensuring coordination and guest experience
  • Develop and manage local and global event budgets
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and reconcile budgets
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with premium vendors
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor quality delivery
  • Communicate frequently with internal partners and global event teams
  • Prepare detailed event briefs, reports, and presentations
  • Collaborate with legal and procurement to secure necessary permits and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and safety regulations
  • Mentor and guide junior event team members
