Job Duties
- plan, organize, control, and direct the work of banquet department employees
- ensure guest satisfaction during banquet events
- collaborate with Food & Beverage and Sales & Catering teams to produce superior banquet experiences
- provide general assistance to other Food & Beverage outlets
- manage staffing, scheduling, and training of banquet team members
- oversee banquet setup and execution according to Four Seasons standards
- resolve guest concerns related to banquet services
