Job Duties

  • plan, organize, control, and direct the work of banquet department employees
  • ensure guest satisfaction during banquet events
  • collaborate with Food & Beverage and Sales & Catering teams to produce superior banquet experiences
  • provide general assistance to other Food & Beverage outlets
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and training of banquet team members
  • oversee banquet setup and execution according to Four Seasons standards
  • resolve guest concerns related to banquet services
