Job Duties
- respond to incoming event inquiries within 24 hours or less
- set up site tours for clients and provide cost estimates
- create and manage timelines, programs, and task lists for events
- lead planning and production meetings with internal departments
- negotiate vendor costs and services and manage contracts
- arrange beverage and audiovisual equipment and coordinate vendor relationships
- create and revise room layouts and seating arrangements
- manage on-site event production and clean-up
- manage planners, vendors, and event closers
- conduct follow-up with vendors and staff after events
